What Patients Think
The Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Hospital Survey (HCAHPS) was developed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. It is an initiative intended to provide a standardized survey instrument and data collection methodology for measuring patients' perspectives on hospital care. The survey asks patients to rate their experiences of overall care and whether they would recommend Adventist Medical Center to their family and friends.
Patients rate categories that include:

* The environment
* Medication
* Pain control
* Discharge
