Communicating a Concern
If you have any concerns about your care, we encourage you to notify your caregivers, the unit manager or hospital administration right away. This communication will usually resolve your concern quickly and effectively.

Filing a Grievance — If your concern regarding quality of care issues has not been addressed to your satisfaction by our staff, you may file a grievance by telephone or in writing with:

Grievances are acknowledged within 7 business days and the final resolution of the grievance will be mailed to you in writing within 30 days.
