What is Pulmonary Rehabilitation?
Pulmonary Rehabilitation is an education and exercise program that teaches you:

  • about your lungs;
  • how to exercise;
  • how to do activities with less shortness of breath;
  • and how to "live" better with your lung condition.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Special Instructions: Physician referral required.

This program is geared toward people who are significantly limited in their ability to be physically active or require oxygen for exertion. The Pulmonary Rehabilitation program includes a closely monitored exercise program and individualized education, including topics such as:

  • Breathing techniques
  • Prevention of infection
  • Nutrition
  • Medications
  • Environmental concerns
  • Coping with lung disease
  • Oxygen and travel

Ongoing Maintenance Pulmonary Rehab Exercise
Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 - 11:30 am

Easy Breathers Support Group
First Thursday of each month, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Columbia Room, Pavilion Lower Level

An ongoing support group for pulmonary patients and their families to provide and exchange information in a warm, caring and supportive environment. Open to the public and free of charge. Call 503-251-6830 for questions.
