Biography
Dr. Ge completed medical school at Qingdao Medical College in China and worked as a preventive medicine physician for five years. In 1991, he came to the United States to pursue research in medical microbiology and cancer. Dr. Ge spent ten years in cancer research and published many articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. He completed residency training at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan before coming to Adventist Health.
As an internist, Dr. Shugang Ge enjoys helping his patients manage a broad spectrum of diseases, including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and cardiac disease. He also specializes in preventive health, striving to help his patients live healthier lifestyles. Dr. Ge speaks English and Mandarin.
Dr. Ge lives in Camas, Washington with his wife and daughters. In his free time, he enjoys reading and traveling with his family.
