Health Plans
Adventist Medical Center physicians participate in most managed
care health plans -- including HMOs (Health Maintenance
Organizations), POS (Point of Service), EPOs (Exclusive Provider
Organizations) and PPOs (Preferred Provider Organizations).
We participate in such a large number of health plans that space
prohibits us from listing them all. Also, physician
participation varies for some plans. Please call our
Physician Referral line to check health plan availability before
