firefighters and anyone else interested in a more comprehensive
perspective on their current health status.
Level 1
- 12-lead maximal treadmill stress test with physician supervision.
- 12-lead resting ECG
- Hydrostatic weighing - this underwater method is the most accurate means
of determining what percentage of your body is lean mass and what percentage
is fat. Some people prefer skinfold measurements which we will gladly
substitute.
- Blood lipid profile which includes: cholesterol (total, HDL and LDL),
triglycerides and glucose
- Height, weight, blood pressure and resting pulse
- Computerized dietary and lifestyle analysis
- Coronary and cancer risk assessment
- Personal/group consultation available
Level II
- Level I details
- Blood chemistry screen (26 tests)
- Blood hemogram analysis
- Pulmonary (lung) function test
- Muscular strength/endurance testing
- Flexibility testing
Level III
- Level I & II details
- General physical exam by a board certified physician specialist (includes prostate exam
for men over age 40)
- Hearing screening
- Vision screening
- Hemocult cancer screening
- Urinalysis
