Health Fairs Many of our services can be included in an onsite employee health/wellness fair. These include health screenings and educational displays. Wellness Profiles Computerized wellness profiles can help employees chart a course towards better health. They can help employers better understand where to target supportive wellness programming. Wellness Workshops We offer a number of brief, wellness-oriented, informational seminars that can be presented as part of safety meetings, brown-bag staff lunches, or other employee forums. We also offer other classes and support groups at Adventist Medical Center that may benefit your employees including our respected Smoke-Free Tobacco Cessation Services. Wellness Coaching & Challenges Sometimes a little encouragement and support can help us reach our goals. Adventist Medical Center's Wellness Services offers phone-based health coaching (PDF), online wellness courses and works with employers to create fun health "challenges" that can provide a fun incentive to start, or maintain, health behaviors.
