To begin the process print out and complete an
application
(PDF). Mail the application to: 5835
NE 122nd Avenue, Suite 135, Portland, OR 97230. A background check
will be conducted. Once that is processed, you may be called for an interview.
(Not all applicants are accepted.)
If accepted into the program, you must:
- Complete a training and orientation program.
- Be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 assignments in a one year period.
A one year space is required if the applicant has experienced a recent death
of a close family member or friend.
